Learn to perform traditional spa massage techniques on the face and body. Techniques include relaxation, aroma therapy, and hot stone.
Course Introduction and Objective:
- Body systems
- Types of massage movements; effleurage, petrissage, friction, percussion, vibration
- Indications and contraindications
- Intro to reflexology
- Intro to lymphatic drainage
- Sanitization
- Homecare and follow-up treatments
- Pre and post treatment
- Practice on a client (model required)
This program equips you with the knowledge and skills to excel in body treatments.
